Day 1 : Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu .Assistance on arrival by our local representative and transfer to the hotel, check into hotel. Later a day free for leisure for personal activities or shopping. Overnight stay at hotel. Kathmandu is the capital city of Nepal. A 218 square miles of land, situated above 4400ft.above sea level with three historic, artistic and cultural towns namely Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur together form what is known as the ‘Kathmandu Valley;. Kathmandu is the hub of Nepal’s traditional culture and arts. This is the place for rest, relaxation and monuments, and mountain views.

Day 2 : Kathmandu (sightseeing)
After breakfast, start full day for sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley including the ancient Palace of the Kings, the hilltop stupa of Swayambhunatha, Pashupatinath Temple dedicated to the lord Shiva, Gujeshwari Mata Temple, Boudhanath, Budhanikantha & Durbar squire. Overnight stay.

Day 3 : Kathmandu- Pokhara (200kms/06hrs)
Morning after breakfast proceeds to Pokhara. Check into the hotel and a day free foe leisure. Overnight stay. (Walk to Fewa Lake for Boating-suggested) Pokhara is situated at about 827meter from sea level, west of Kathmandu. Pokhara is the next destination after Kathmandu for many adventure and pleasure trips. Pokhara is often called the enchanting Himalayan Valley with a heart of major actions and adventures. Pokhara is surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains, with a magnificent lake of crystal-clear pure Himalayan water, all year round pleasing weather.

Day 4 : Pokhara Valley sightseeing
After breakfast day fee for sightseeing. Davi’s falls, Mahendra Cave, Seti Gandaki Gorge, The old bazaar, Bindyabasini Temple etc. Evening free for individual activities. Overnight stay. Chitwan National park is located in the southern part of Nepal. This sub-tropical wildlife park covers a widespread flat lowland area in Nepal and houses different plants and animal species. Some of the animal species that can be seen roaming around the park are Royal Bengal Tiger, Gangetic Dolphin, One horned Rhinos, Golden Monitor Lizards, Wild Asian Elephants, Gaurs, Elephants and Gharial Crocodiles. This park also acts as the home ground for various types of birds and reptiles. Sal forests and Grasslands cover the most part of this park. Almost 50 types of grasses can be seen here. Elephant grass is one among them. The hills and the lakes have made the landscape of Chitwan National Park a unique one.The total area of this park is around 932 square kilometers.

Day 5 : Chitwan-Kathmandu (165kms/5hrs)
Early morning visit jungle activities, deep into the National Park. Back to hotel get refreshed, same day transfer back to Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

Day 6 : Kathmandu to onwards destination
Transfer to the Tribhuvan (ktm) airport for your flight OR Ratnapark Bus Stand for onwards destination.

Special Notes
Reservations, Deposits & Final Payments:
The carefully selected unusual programs featured in tis brochure tend to sell out fast. As, such early reservations are essential to ensure availability of space, A Deposit of 50 % of total amount per person is due to Gitanjali Tours & Travels at the time of reservation. If deposit is not received at our offices within 7 days from the date of reservation, booking are subject to cancellation. After receipt of deposit by Gitanjali Tour & Travels any charges made to the reservations will depend on the availability (see also cancellation clause). Final Payment is due to Gitanjali Tour & Travels 15 days prior to departure date. If the reservation is made within the last 15 days of departure (and if space is still available), the entire tour price must be paid at the time of reservation.

Acknowledgment of booking & invoice with appropriate documents will be forwarded to you upon receipt of deposit.

- 2. All Cost quoted are in INR.
- 3. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
All Indian tourists are required to carry valid Photo IDs issued by any govt. institution, for the inner line permits. Children accompanying the parents are required to carry date of birth certificate. Non submission of the above documents will result in denial of entry to the restricted areas in Sikkim.
