Detailed Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Ahmedabad – Jamnagar: (315km/6hrs drive)

Arrival at Ahmedabad Airport/Rly station&transfer to Jamnagar. On Arrival&Check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum and Bala Hanuman Temple. Evening is free for Shopping. Night Stay at Jamnagar.
Day 2 : Jamnagar - Dwarka : (240km/5hrs drive)

After breakfast proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. On Arrival&Check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon Visit Lord Dwarkadeesh Temple and Gomti Ghat. Evening is free for Shopping. Night Stay at Dwarka.
Day 3 : Dwarka Local Sightseeing:

After breakfast full day take a trip to Bet Dwarka, visit Old Temple of Krishna. The trip from Okha on the mainland to the temple is by a local boat. On the way to Bet Dwarka, visit Nageshwar Temple – One of the 12th Jyotilingam of Shiva. Rukmini Temple and Gopi Talav Return back to Dwarka. Night stay at Dwarka.
Day 4 : Dwarka - Porbandar - Somnath: (200km/ 4hrs drive)

After breakfast proceed to Porbandar (75km/1.5hrs) at Porbandar visit Kirti Mandir – A place where Gandhiji was born. Later proceed to Somnath (130km/2.5hrs) on arrival visit Bhalka Tirth & Somnath Temple. In the evening watch light and Sound show. Night stay at Somnath / Veraval.
Day 5 : Somnath / Veraval – Diu: (100km/3hrs drive)

After breakfast proceed to Proceed to beach town Diu. On Arrival&Check-in to your hotel.and visit St. Pauls Church, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. The Evening is at leisure to enjoy the wide variety of water sports facilities available at Nagoa Beach,laze and relax on the beach. Night stay at Diu.
Day 6 : Diu - Sasangir: (100km/3hrs drive)

After breakfast proceed to Sasangir. Sasangir is the home of the Asiatic Lion. In the afternoon Visit Gir Interpretation Zone at Devaliya Park,Crocodile breeding farm, Gir Information centre. Watch movie on lion at Gir Information centre in the evening. Night stay at Sasan Gir.
Day 7 : Sasangir - Junagadh - Rajkot: (160km/3hrs drive)

After breakfast. Morning get ready for open Jeep Safari in the Gir National Park. Later proceed to Junagadh. Visit Uperkot Fort, Ashok Rock Edict, Mahabat Makabara and Junagadh Museum,Chakkarbag Zoo. In the evening transfer to Rajkot. Night stay at Rajkot.
Day 8 : Rajkot – Gandhinagar - Ahmedabad : (225km/4hrs drive)

After breakfast proceed to Ahmedabad. On arrival visit Gandhi Ashram, Akhsardham Temple and Adalaj stepwell. Drop in the evening at airport/Rly.st for your onward journey for Sweet Home.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (strikes), etc.(to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the sopt)

Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, Which may come into effect prior to departure.

Special Notes

Reservations, Deposits & Final Payments:

The carefully selected unusual programs featured in tis brochure tend to sell out fast. As, such early reservations are essential to ensure availability of space, A Deposit of 50 % of total amount per person is due to Gitanjali Tours & Travels at the time of reservation. If deposit is not received at our offices within 7 days from the date of reservation, booking are subject to cancellation. After receipt of deposit by Gitanjali Tour & Travels any charges made to the reservations will depend on the availability (see also cancellation clause). Final Payment is due to Gitanjali Tour & Travels 15 days prior to departure date. If the reservation is made within the last 15 days of departure (and if space is still available), the entire tour price must be paid at the time of reservation.

Acknowledgment of booking & invoice with appropriate documents will be forwarded to you upon receipt of deposit.

In Case of exceptional circumstances where in we are not in position to provide Hotel mentioned, shall offer similar Hotel.

1. Visit to all Museums in program is subject to their remaining open on day of visit as per rules of competent authority.
2. All Cost quoted are in INR.
3. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.

All Indian tourists are required to carry valid Photo IDs issued by any govt. institution, for the inner line permits. Children accompanying the parents are required to carry date of birth certificate. Non submission of the above documents will result in denial of entry to the restricted areas in Sikkim.
